With over 26 years of experience in public relations and communications, Deepshikha Dharmaraj is the Chief Executive Officer & a Board Member of Genesis BCW.
She works closely with client leaders to formulate integrated communications strategies for clients across sectors and oversees the growth strategy of the organization. A firm believer in conceptualizing measurable and impactful campaigns, she champions creativity and measurement across the organization.
She has led the regional expansion of Genesis BCW in the west, setting up the Mumbai office in 1996 and Pune in 1998; created the talent development framework as the Chief Talent Officer and head of learning and development; led the acquisition and retention of marquee clients and partnerships for capability enhancement. And then combined all of these roles and more as the Chief Business Growth Officer, before being named the Managing Director and then Chief Executive Officer.
Deepshikha is a founding board member of the India chapter of the Global Women in Public Relations (GWPR), a global organisation for senior women in PR and communications. She also served as President of the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) in 2008. She has won multiple awards and adjudged award shows.
Deepshikha holds a master’s degree in business economics from Delhi University and is a firm believer in nurturing new talent. She spends time with students of communication at institutes like ISDI-WPP School and Xaviers Institute of Communications, teaching and learning from them.
With over 20 years of experience in both, the agency and corporate sides of communications, Nikhil works towards adding value to the client campaigns, driving creativity in public relations and building a culture of continuous learning in the industry. A certified coach from the Coach for Life institute & a firm believer in the power of mentoring to catalyse positive change, Nikhil has gained from the support of professional coaches for many years, He likes to refer to himself as a communicator by profession and a coach by passion. He conducts guest lectures at several institutions such as Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Xavier’s institute of communication, SCoRe, ISB Hyderabad, Symbiosis Pune, Delhi School of Communication, International Management Institute, Lady Sriram College, Institute for Technology and Management, KC College of Management and Apeejay Institute of Management. Nikhil has also been named among the most influential PR professionals as part of the Global Power Book 2016 by PRWeek. More recently, he was included in the Reputation Today #Power50 and 100 most important professionals list for 2019 and 2020. He has been associated with the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) in various capacities - 2009: as the chairperson for the Northern region, 2012: as the Vice President and subsequently serving as a member of its Constitutional and Advisory Committee (CAC). A post-graduate in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, Nikhil is also an MBA from International Management Institute, Delhi.

A dynamic leader in the world of communications, Nitin Mantri is the Group CEO of Avian WE and the President of International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO). He was the President of the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) for five years - from 2015 to 2020.
He joined Avian WE (then known as Avian Media) as its CEO in 2006. The agency was just two years old then and operated out of an apartment in Delhi with 10 employees and a handful of clients. In a few years, Nitin set the template for year-on-year growth & today it has over 200 employees in six offices across India.
Nitin has over two decades of experience in diverse sectors and his ability to mitigate crisis & train the C-suite in managing the media helped Avian win clients for life. He and his business partner also founded Chase India, now a subsidiary of Avian WE, in 2011 to work on public policy mandate for Indian and multinational companies. Before joining Avian, Nitin worked at Brodeur/Pleon (now Ketchum), a Europe-based public relations and communications consultancy that belongs to the Omnicom Group, in London. He was responsible for Pleon’s UK operations, and headed the corporate and technology B2B practices. Nitin began his communications career at Genesis PR (now BCW) after completing his MBA from the Birla Institute of Management Technology.

Paresh has led global strategic communication endeavours at the Hindustan Unilever, Reliance Industries, Ranbaxy Laboratories, SmithKline Beecham, Wockhardt He has worked directly with global leaders such as Mukesh Ambani, Vindi Banga, Harish Manwani, Doug Baillie and D S Brar as a business communication partner. In his stint as Chief Executive Officer of Madison Public Relations one of India’s largest 360-degree communication agency he successfully managed brands like P&G, Kellogg's, Britannia, ITC Foods, Asian Paints, Crompton Grieves, Cargill Foods, Marriott group of hotels, Titan, etc.
Paresh is currently Group President – Corporate Brand Custodian of the Adani Group leading global communications, sustainability and Adani Foundation. His focus on strategic brand development and reputational dashboards has supported the group’s huge growth as India’s biggest conglomerate while managing its transition from B2B to B2C.
Paresh is the founder President of Indian Forum of Corporate Communicators (IFCC), a large group of practicing professionals from leading companies across the country. He was a Board Member of PRCAI. Besides, Paresh has been a distinguished Jury Member at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, France 2015; Jury Member, PR Asia Week, Singapore, 2015; Jury Chair at Goa Fest 2014-18, ABBY’s Awards, 2015; Jury Member, Lions Dubai Lynx, Dubai 2014; Jury Member, Sabre Asia & South Asia, 2014,2016. He was also the Conference Chair at Global Marketing & Advertising Week (GMAW), New Delhi, 2015 and recently Jury Chair at Economic Times Brand Equity Awards 2021.He is also an active member of Round Table India, a social, non-political, cultural International organization for more than 25 years.

A voracious reader and global traveler, Paresh has been a key member of the Mumbai University and state Cricket teams. Paresh is an MBA with a specialization in Marketing with a Public Affairs course from the Hong Kong University.
